Hey I'm Pulloff aka PulloffPrime. I make characters and stages. More importantly I make high quality sprites from scratch in Photoshop, and then code em into a full fledged character in Fighter Factory. All sprites made from scratch. I'll make them live sometimes on my Twitch channel, although that's mostly just to save time. And I'll throw some tutorials of mine on my Youtube page too. Outside of Mugen, I also made an app for my Twitch Channel where followers can earn their own avatar.

My most well known characters are probably Raven HD and Robin HD from Teen Titans. But my Toph HD and Auron HD have some love too.
